Well it seems like Mike Piazza and I are neighbors! After my inital spotting of him in front of Joe's Stone Crab, Piazza was spotted once again at Starbucks this morning. He was wearing an A's t-shirt and taking his daughter for a stroll around the neighborhood.
Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.
I knew something was amiss when Big Shots wasn't on last week. How could this show not have the best ratings??? Maybe it's on too late??? That MUST be it. It's on too late.
TVSeriesFinale.com reports that ratings just weren't high enough but ABC might show another episode on November 29 since the writers' strike is going on.
I'll certainly enjoy the show this Thursday but am bummed that Big Shots doesn't have a very bright future.
I'm utterly disappointed with these entertainment shows. Instead of focusing on the gossip, celebrities pics, breakups, make outs and whatnot, they have chosen to focus on plastic surgery and anorexia non-stop. I'm sick of it, it's not what I want to see! Please revert back to your roots--show us the celebs!
Also, PLEASE take Kojo off the air. He's a freak and very hard to look at-- he should NOT be on TV.
First, my sincere condolences to KanyeWest for the loss of his mother.
Second, it's hard for me to see him crying onstage and feel sorry for him when he decides to give a concert ONE WEEK after his mother's passing. I do believe in moving on but, c'mon Kanye, ONE WEEK?!?! Of course he broke down while trying to sing "Hey Mama" (a song he had written for his mother) and couldn't go on. Discretion, discretion, discretion.

Red reports that Cameron Diaz was filming in the Boston Public Library yesterday and looked super thin. The reoccurring theme with all the sighting from Red is how much MORE thin these actresses look in person. Das just crazy!
Tonight is the American Music Awards at 8 pm on ABC. Can't wait for the live performances!!!
You may recall I told you I was moving to South Beach. Well, it's been a couple of weeks and today was the first Friday that I could enjoy the night and walk around the new 'hood.
Well, let me tell you, first I ran into my ex-boyfriend, Mike Piazza. He was walking with a woman (whom I assume is his wife) and we crossed paths in front of Joe's Stone Crab. Fine, he's not really my ex but I was obsessed with him when I lived in NYC in the summer of '00.
Then, on my way to check out Prime 112 I passed in front of nightclub Prive and what do I see? A video shoot going on for Casely's Emotional. I saw them film the last two takes. How cool is that?!?!
Ok, ok, I'll make sure to carry a camera with me from now on.
Recall my favorite new show this season was immediately identified as Big Shots. I really really enjoy the show. I've been trying to get to bed before 11 so I don't have such a hard time waking up to go to work. But on Thursdays: there's no question. I will stay up until 11 to finish watching Big Shots.
I was thinking about why I like this show so much and here's what I've come up with:
1. It's an hour so you get a full dose (I'm always left wanting more with The Office and The Hills)
2. Dylan McDermott and Michael Vartan are HOT (I think McDermott steals the show)
3. Their life is portrayed ss so much fun. I think it's the same reason I like The Hills. They show rich people leading spoiled lives and, for whatever reason, I love it!
4. Reminds me of my friends in Boston. We used to hang out that much and talk about all that stuff. Now in Miami I have no friends :(

I'm so sorry I've been MIA!!!!! I've been very busy moving. The good news is that the new crib is in South Beach. I still have tons of unpacking to do but all is good.
First, congrats to Liza for finishing the NYC marathon. Wanna know how well she did??? We'll I'll tell ya--she ran it an hour faster that Katie Holmes!!!!!
Remember Shaq's house on Star Island? Well I told you that Shaq had it up for sale since announcing his divorce. Rumor has it Alex Rodriguez bought it.
I'm sure you've heard as it's been all over the blogs but...Mandy Moore and Matthew Perry???? Das what they're saying! I am surprised but can't wait to see pics of them together.

My dear friend Liza, aka Red, is running the NYC marathon tomorrow. She is a bit nervous today but we all know she is going to kick ass. Let me just say, Liza is over 30 but has the legs of a 21 year old, it’s amazing. I’ll ask her to take pictures of her gams so you can see what Suz is talking about.

Liza also let me know that she saw Helena Christensen last night at Freeman’s in NYC. Liza’s comments: She’s so tiny and has an awesome bum!
Yikes...Martina Hingis, Swiss tennis player and multi grand slam winner, has supposedly tested positive for cocaine use during Wimbeldon. She denies the results, says there were "various inconsistencies" with the urine sample--whatever that means. The thing is, she has now decided to retire because the does want to fight the battle.
Did she or didn't she? Suz has no idea here. I guess if I had to bet, I'd say guilty.
